Refund POLICY

REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued. 

Because we do not offer ready-to-use solutions or software, we are unable to offer returns, and our refund is limited to certain situations and services. Refund Policy for Ad-hoc Projects: Our clients pay the agreed fee in three instalments; the first and third are non-refundable. See below for details on our refund policy for ad-hoc projects. 1. The 20% deposit of the total fee that the client pays when both parties sign the contract is non-refundable. Our team starts working to design and develop the first version of the project as soon as the client pays this amount. Also, our team offers five revisions, which require a lot of hard work; therefore, we are unable to refund this amount. 2. Refundable: 20% paid by the client when the fifth version is approved. The client must submit a request for a refund before fulfillment. 3. The fulfillment fee is the final 60% of the total cost that the client must pay upon project completion. Due to the nature of the service we offer and the amount of effort, work, and resources required to carefully design and implement projects, we are unable to offer any refunds after the project has been fulfilled. Therefore, we recommend that the client extensively test the project before approving the final version and paying the fee. Subscription fees: Our dedication to your success extends beyond REDCap® project design; therefore, we offer quarterly premium customer support. Our subscription-based support gives you access to a specialized team of professionals that can help with queries, technical issues, and customization. Our team offers prompt assistance, maximizing the potential of your REDCap® project. We do appreciate that most project owners have limited funding. Therefore, we provide an affordable post-implementation service that is paid quarterly rather than annually. Clients can subscribe to this service at any time. We only offer refunds in exceptional situations where we are unable to resolve the issue(s) you encounter. In that case, we will refund the quarterly fee.
