Before we get started, we need to know as much as you can tell us about your project by completing a short form.
Our review takes 4–7 days, depending on the complexity of your project. We may ask you to join a 30-minute virtual meeting to discuss your project before we email you a quote. Examine the quote carefully and feel free to send us your questions or concerns. Always include the quote reference number and your surname in the subject heading of your email or message.
Please check out our refund policy before making any payments.
We will assign a developer with unrestricted access to your project who will assist you in starting a blank REDCap®. Don’t worry! They will take you through the process step-by-step.
We use the information you provide to map the project’s numerous components. We start by laying the groundwork for the project. Beginning with the individual fields and questions that comprise the surveys or forms, we establish the foundation. Then, we integrate the forms and/or surveys so that the project conforms to your study design and/or practice workflow. Afterwards, we configure automation (if necessary), additional personalization, logging, and e-conseting (if necessary). Finally, we apply aesthetics to modernize the look and feel of the project for both; users and patients.
During the development phase, you will have a complete, unobstructed view of the project’s development.
We will keep you abreast of our progress and ask for further information via email or virtual meetings. Up to five revisions that include major corrections, additions, or integrations can be submitted. Minor formatings or additions of items e.g., fields, variables, conditional logic, or calculations are not included in the revision count and are freely offered at your request. Simple projects may become ready for fulfillment at this stage.
At this stage, we would have mutually established that the project is very likely to succeed in achieving your objectives.
During this phase, the project continues to mature and better conform to your needs and objectives. In this phase, most of the work is aesthetic and logistic.
We ask that you test the database and surveys extensively using demo records.
At this stage, we would have mutually established that the project meets your goals and needs, although minor adjustments might still be required.
At this stage, the project should not contain any real patient records but only metadata. You can export the metadata to any device of your choice. We keep a copy of the metadata on our servers for our records and to ensure that we can help you edit or upgrade the project without accessing your patients’ personal data upon request.
Now you can enter, import, or export real patient data and reports.
During the first three months after fulfillment, we offer free troubleshooting and advice to help our clients better acquaint themselves with the project’s behavior and integration.
Once your project is approved, we won’t be able to offer regular upgrades or modifications. However, if you’re in need of further assistance, we recommend either filling out a new quote request or subscribing to our maintenance contract by completing an inquiry form
