To see if your institution has access to REDCap®, go to this page. If your institution does not have access, follow steps 2 to 6.

To request access to REDCAP, go to the website and find the "JOIN & GET REDCAP" page. Click on the banner to be directed to the page. If you need assistance, feel free to contact us.

Fill out the requested information on the access request form. You may be asked to provide details such as your name, institution, email address, and the purpose for which you intend to use REDCap®.

Your REDCap® Consortium access request form is under review and the approval timeline depends on your institution's policies. You will receive an email notification once your request is approved.

After your access request has been approved, you'll get instructions on how to download and install REDCap®.

To install REDCap®, follow the instructions provided. This may require setting up a web server, configuring dependencies, and creating a database. Please LET US KNOW, if you can be of any assistance.

After installation, you must set up and configure REDCap® to meet your specific requirements. This involves defining user roles and permissions, customizing project settings, and configuring any extra features or modules you need.
